If your Dana Spicer 18 transfer case is worn out and making noise like the latest boy-band, it’s probably the intermediate shaft and bearings. Highway driving accelerates the wear.

These kits are available for Jeep Dana 18 cases 1946-53 with a an 1/1/8” intermediate shaft, or Jeeps 1953-79 with 1-1/4” intermediate shaft to fit the stock cluster gear. Our kits use tapered roller bearings and a new shaft that aid in the noise reduction of your stock transfer case.

This kit fits Dana 18/20 with 1-1/4” intermediate shaft.

Refer to P/N 716006 if your Dana 18 is 1946-53 model year with a 1-1/8” intermediate shaft.
