Advance Adapter

The GM 4L60E adapter to the Jeep 23 spline NP Transfer Case is 1.500” in length. And the overall length of the transmission and adapter is 26.975”. Adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter has a provision for a transmission mount. The adapter kit includes an adapter housing, 4L60E 23 spline output shaft, GM VSS sensor, reluctor ring, o-ring, gasket, fastening hardware, and adapter instructions.

Note:This kit includes a new transmission output shaft that must be installed by a qualified professional.

Transfer Case

This adapter assembly will fit any Jeep New Process transfer case with a 23 spline input shaft. New Process transfer cases with a long 23 spline input (2.120”), will need to be shortened so that it protrudes (1.5”) from the front of the transfer case.

Transmission

The adapter kit is designed for exclusive use with any GM 4L60E with a non-removable bellhousing.
