Thise GM 4L80E transmission adapter to the Jeep Dana 300 is 4.250” in length. And the. The overall length of this the transmission (and including the adapter) is 30.250″. The adapter is constructed from 356 T-6 heat-treated aluminum alloy for long-lasting, high-quality use. The adapter also includes a provision for a transmission mount. The 4L60E to 4L80E swap kit comes with the adapter housing, a new 32-spline Dana 300 input sealed bearing, gaskets, seals, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.

Transfer Case

The adapter assembly will fit any1980-86 Jeep Dana 300.

Transmission

The adapter kit is designed for exclusive use with the GM 4L80E transmission. The 4L80E must have a 6-1/2” slip yoke output shaft. A GM 4L80E output shaft speed sensor must be used.
