Removal Of Old Seat Cover:
Most Seat Covers Are Stapled To The Plastic Seat Base. You Will Need A Small Flat Blade Screwdriver And A Pair Of Needle Nose Pliers. Pry Each Staple Up And Remove With The Needle Nose Pliers. Remove All The Old Staples And Original Seat Cover. Lf Your Seat Foam Is Wet, Let It Sit Out In The Sun For A Day Or Two To Dry Clean The Seat Base In Preparation Of Installing The New Cover.
Installation Of New Seat Cover:
1.Set The New Seat Cover In The Sun Or Other Warm Place For 15-30 Minutes To Make It More Flexible.Position The Cover Over The Seat And Orientate It To The Proper Position. Starting At The Front Of The Seat,Center And Align The Cover Then Wrap The Cover Around The Seat And Put 3-4 Staples To Hold It In Place.
2.Now Center The Back Of The Seat And Put 3-4 Staples In The Back. Next Pull The Sides Around Tight And Put 3-4 Staples In Each Side
3. You Should Now Have A Good Idea Of How It Should Fit On The Seat. Try To Get The Most Difficult Areas First By Pulling The Cover Tight And Stapling It In Place Go Back And Forth Trying To Work Outany Wrinkles. You Will Probably Have To Remove Staples In Same Areas And Redo Them To Get The Cover Fitting Perfectly.Maybe You Need Two People And A Lot Of Patience.
4.Take Your Time Working All The Way Around The Cover Until It Fits Nicely And You Have It Stapled About All The Way Around.
