TH350 TO FORD NP208 T/C 31T

Advance Adapter

Kit 50-6908 will adapt the GM TH350 2wd transmission to Ford Borg Warner 1345 / 1356 and NP205 transfer cases. The adapter is 3.625″ in length and manufactured using 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter lit includes an adapter housing, 27 spline x 31 spline spud shaft, new main shaft for the transmission, spud shaft bearing, snap rings, o-ring, gasket, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.

Note:When using the NP205 transfer case, a NP205 shifter bracket will need to be fabricated for shifter support.

TransmissionsAdapter assembly is used exclusively with the GM TH350 2wd models and the adapter kit includes a TH350 4wd shaft that must be installed into the TH350. If the TH350 is a 4wd model that does not need to be rebuilt, use kit 50-6909. The 50-6909 kit does not include a 4wd shaft mentioned above.
