TOY. WAGON REAR CROSSMEMBER (FJ55)

This mount system provides a rear mounting arrangement, that attaches to the Toyota Land Cruiser early model 1963-1980 transfer case. This mount is specific to the FJ55 wagons. 

Land Cruisers have the stock transmission & transfer case supported by using bellhousing mounts. When installing a new transmission, a new crossmember is mandatory. We offer two types of crossmember designs. The most popular design bolts on the back of the stock transfer case. There is a 6 bolt cover that must be removed and our new crossmember bolted in its place. This crossmember extends to the inner frame rails. It is supported by L-brackets that must be welded to the frame rail. These components are insulated on rubber cushions.

We also manufacture another option for transmission support, P/N 716004. This crossmember is designed for the TH350, 700R & TH400. This mount bolts to the bottom of the adapter housing using a stock GM rubber mount. This tubular crossmember extends to the inner frame rails. It is supported by L-brackets that must be welded to the frame rail. This mount only fits the one piece Land Cruiser transfer case.

Note: This cross member does not fit Toyota split style transfer cases.
